Jess Sage, Founder

Jess brings over 15 years of experience helping organizations develop leaders, build strong teams, and navigate change. With a Master’s in Organizational Development, she partners with growing companies, start-ups, and enterprise teams to design programs that align people with purpose and drive sustainable results. Known for her practical, people-first approach, Jess builds strategies that strengthen culture, improve team effectiveness, and prepare organizations for growth.

Her interest in family enterprise is grounded in personal experience—growing up in a 135-year-old, six-generation farming business. She draws on these roots to support privately held and multi-generational organizations with leadership transitions and long-term planning.

A mom of three, Jess finds joy in the chaos of family life and recharges through early morning spin classes—her daily reset and secret to staying grounded.

Ashley Gillespie, Consultant

Ashley brings over ten years of experience in Organizational Effectiveness, with a proven track record of leading global transformational initiatives that align leadership, people, processes, and technology to drive measurable business outcomes. She specializes in managing large-scale technology change efforts, designing and implementing employee engagement strategies, and developing strategic communications programs that enhance both employee satisfaction and organizational performance. She applies lean management principles to foster collaboration, improve operational efficiency, and drive continuous improvement. Ashley conducts organizational maturity assessments, provides executive coaching to senior leaders, and builds strong cross-functional partnerships to influence strategic decision-making and elevate team performance. ​

Sara Watt, Consultant

Sara has over 15 years of experience in  Organizational Effectiveness. Sara focuses on enabling successful change for large-scale transformation programs. Through this, she helps organizations adopt new ways of working -  on individual, team and ord-wide levels - enabling them to realize their sought after business benefits. Though she most often provides guidance and leadership program-wide in recent years, her earlier experience focused predominantly on communications, training, and change adoption. Sara believes in leader-driven change and works with her clients to ensure leaders are empowered to guide and support their team through difficult transitions. She seeks to provide advice and support that is both pragmatic and actionable.

In between consultant roles, Sara held team leadership roles in two local tech start-ups.

Betty brings over 10 years of experience in Organizational Effectiveness and Operational Excellence, focusing on transformation initiatives that support people, processes, and technology to deliver tangible business results. She has successfully led business transformation initiatives in both the public and private sectors, including CRM and ERP system implementations, as well as continuous improvement projects across multiple industries. Betty is passionate about empowering leaders to drive change effectively, ensuring their teams are supported through complex and challenging transitions. Her approach is both practical and results-oriented, helping organizations achieve their desired business outcomes.
